Canine Compulsive Disorder
Some dogs can develop a condition called “canine compulsive disorder” where they display repetitive and compulsive behaviors, such as spinning, tail-chasing, or shadow-chasing.
This condition is similar to OCD in humans and can be caused by various factors such as genetics, environment, and brain chemistry. Canine compulsive disorder can have a significant impact on a dog’s quality of life and should be addressed by a veterinarian or a professional animal behaviorist.
