Empress Eugenie Earrings
We’ve previously mentioned the Arabella Huntington earrings as well as the Marie Antoinette ones, so of course, we can’t leave out this next pair of stunning earrings that are worth $3.3 million when it was auctioned off. Another piece of jewelry that has a history behind it all, these were a gift from Napoleon Bonaparte to his bride Eugenie.
The stunning earrings are made out of flawless, grey, and all natural saltwater pearls that have since been covered in antique silver and diamond caps. The diamonds were a total of 100 carats and came from a mine in the Brazilian province of Minas Gerais back in 1760.
